One of the goals of ServErie is to increase volunteerism in our community. We would love to see hundreds more people volunteering their time and energy to serve the poor in the Erie community. Seeking to eliminate poverty housing by making decent shelter for the needy a matter of conscience and action. Find out more.

SafeNet

Erie’s only accredited domestic violence agency, SafeNet provides sanctuary, support, education, and advocacy for victims of abuse. Find out more here.

Community of Caring

Meets basic human needs in a loving and compassionate way through providing shelter for the homeless, a food pantry, hot meal program for the hungry, and a community center for inner city children and youth. Find out more here.

Booker T Washington Center

Provides job training, after school, financial literacy, programs as well as prevention services, and housing services for youth and families in the city of Erie. Find out more here.

Second Harvest Food Bank

The largest non-profit food distribution center in NW Pennsylvania Second Harvest distributes food and grocery products to over 280 member agencies in 11 counties in northwest PA. During 2008, Second Harvest distributed over 7 million pounds of food.. Find out more here.

Awareness Ministries
